Robert was really patient and helpful over the course of a couple of months - he genuinely wanted to (and did) help me narrow in on what car I wanted for a weekend toy. He’s a true car guy and is really kind and patient - the rest of the team were great as well. Keep in mind though, they’re a dealership trying to sell cars - I got burnt trusting that they would “figure something out and make it right” if they couldn’t find the 2nd key. Guess what; no contact after the sale and I’m going to have to buy that $600 key myself even through I’d have negotiated $600 lower if they’d have been honest. I didn’t want to have to be difficult, but that’s not how it works with dealerships - and these guys are no different. Stand your ground and don’t allow them to lie to you.

Purchased a vehicle from Chicago Auto Place. Dealt with Robert throughout the process. Went multiple times for test drive , and each time Robert was there to make sure everything was ready for me. He and the whole staff were very warm and welcoming. The actual purchase process was handled professionally and expeditiously. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and the staff. I honestly and truly recommend them.

HENRY IS AMAZING. IF you have the opportunity to buy a car from Henry and Chicago Auto place consider yourself blessed and lucky. They treated our very fair 2020 BMW 240 purchase like we were billionaires spending a million dollars on a brand new car. AMAZING place. Amazing service. Amazing follow-up AFTER [yes you read that right "after"] the sale. Rick is so legit. REALLY this is the best car buying experience I have ever had out of the 25 cars I have purchased. I LOVE CHICAGO AUTO PLACE!

Bought a car from them on 10-28-23 drove the car for a week and in less than 1k miles the car shuts off in the middle of the highway and had to tow it back to them and all they said was its 10k for a new engine that you broke keep in mind im 18 so they thought i was racing the car, i had to get a co-signer, they told us to lie to the bank about our income wrote us a scrip and everything and sales manager desperately showed us different cars that i could trade in the current car that was broken for another one of their cars showed me a maserati a bmw and even a truck that i had no business being in. Im 18 this just shows how unprofessional they were and how desperate they are in selling a car and im young making one of the biggest purchases of my life and made one of the biggest mistakes of my life by buying from this dealership thankfully got everything worked out at the current dealership that i work at now got rid of the car but truly what a nightmare of a dealership didn't reach out if everything was okay or if they could even cover the tow truck fee or not even a loaner car for a couple of days to get to work but below ill leave some pictures and see for yourself how this dealership truly works.

Walking into this dealership was a little intimidating! Seeing all the Bentleys, Rolls Royces, and Maclarens. However, everyone I encountered was totally warm, inviting, and genuine. The cars are all top notch and they bent over backwards to make me feel at home and welcomed. They all work as a team but not to overwhelm or dupe you but to get you what you need. This is a must visit if you’re looking for a quality luxury car! Edgar, George, Joanna and Rheizelle ( to name a few) were all awesome!

Let me just start with Henry. If you go here and have the opportunity to shop with Henry its game over. Henry is the best and knows exactly what to do to keep all of his customers satisfied. Always very easy to come into contact with whenever you have questions about really anything. The whole process was mind blowing I had service like I was buying the Bentley in the showroom. Henry and all the guys were so welcoming and just really nice people. Got me a pretty nice deal on my car too so if you are looking for a car I definitely suggest you shop at Chicago Auto Place all of the people there are great and very easy to work with!

Adam is a great salesman and extremely professional. He will go the extra mile for you on a your purchase, is very knowledgeable and the dealer is more then fair on trade ins . I will faithfully send my friends and family to him when looking for a car. The Dealership has competitive Pricing on their vehicles And they are all around A good group of people.
